Bring the ultimate futuristic excitement to your next event! Below you will find our standard individual rates, special group packages, and booking requirements.

🎟️ Individual Ride Tickets

Perfect for public festivals, community events, and pop-up locations hosted by Robotic Adventures.

  • Rate: $15 per rider

  • Duration: 5 minutes of ride time

🎉 Private Group & Event Rates (Flat Rate Packages)

Perfect for birthday parties, school festivals, and large celebrations. All group packages feature a 2-hour minimum duration.

💡 How Capacity Works: To guarantee every child gets a full experience, guest counts are calculated at a comfortable pace of 10 kids per robot, per hour (based on 5-minute ride times plus brief boarding switchovers).

📍 Location & Setup Requirements

We bring the adventure straight to you! We happily set up at private residences, schools, business venues, and local public parks.

Before booking, please ensure your venue meets the following conditions:

  • Park Approvals: If your event is held at a public park, you must secure prior approval and any necessary permits from the park's management or local parks and recreation department.

  • Surface Condition: The setup area must be a hard, completely flat surface. Ideal surfaces include basketball courts, paved parking lots, or flat concrete pads. (Grass, dirt, or loose gravel surfaces are not compatible).

Travel & Mileage Policy

All Event packages include up to 20 miles of travel (one-way) from our base location in Valrico, Florida. For locations beyond this 20-mile radius, an additional mileage fee is charged to cover fuel, heavy-duty towing logistics, and travel time for our multi-robot trailer setup.

  • Base Location: 2101 Briarcliff Cove, Valrico, FL 33594

  • Included Distance: First 20 miles (one-way) are free of charge.

  • Extended Travel Rate: $2.00 per mile calculated on the total round-trip distance exceeding the included zone.

The Scenario: A customer wants to book a birthday party at a park or venue located in Lakeland, Florida.

  1. Map the Route: Punching the addresses into Google Maps shows that the venue is 35 miles away from the base at 2101 Briarcliff Cove, Valrico, FL.

  2. Calculate Total Round-Trip: .

  3. Subtract the Included Miles: The policy includes 20 miles each way ().

  4. Apply the Mileage Rate: Multiply those 30 extra miles by the $2.00 rate.

Client Quote: The total invoice will feature the standard birthday party package price plus a $60.00 travel fee.

 
 

Cancellation Policy

At Robotic Adventures and Simulated Thrills, we dedicate significant time, specialized equipment, and staff to prepare for your unique mobile entertainment experience. Because we reserve our advanced robotic rides, simulators, and team exclusively for your scheduled date, we enforce the following cancellation policy: 

  1. Deposit and Payment
  • A [e.g., 25% ] non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time slot. 
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full [e.g., 7 or 14] days prior to the scheduled event. 
  1. Cancellation Timelines & Refunds

If you need to cancel your event, refunds or credits will be issued based on how much advance notice is given: 

  •  [30+] Days Before the Event: Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund of any amount paid minus the initial non-refundable deposit. 
  •  [14 to 30] Days Before the Event: Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a [e.g., 50%] credit of the total event cost, which can be applied toward a rescheduled event within one calendar year. 
  •  Less than [14] Days Before the Event: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued, as equipment prep and staffing have already been finalized. 
  1. Inclement Weather & Safety

Because our robotic experiences and simulators involve high-tech components, safety is our top priority. 

  • If Robotic Adventures and Simulated Thrills deems the weather or environmental conditions unsafe to operate (e.g., severe thunderstorms, high winds, heavy rain), we will work with you to reschedule the event at no additional cost. 
  • If a reschedule is not possible due to our availability, a [e.g., full refund / partial credit] will be issued. 
  • If the client chooses to cancel due to weather but conditions are deemed safe by our team, the standard cancellation policy applies. 
  1. Rescheduling Policy
  • Clients may request to reschedule their event up to [e.g., 14] days before the scheduled date at no penalty, subject to company availability. 
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days prior may be subject to a [e.g., $100] rescheduling fee to cover shifting logistics
